Moby Dick Reimagining- Ship Graveyard

This is an image that is part of a fun project I'm doing with my students. We are re-imagining the story of Moby Dick. This was part of my take on it. Whenever the whale/creature breeches the surface it creates gigantic glaciers impaling ships leaving shocking graveyards in its wake.

I used 3D coat for a quick 3D base to work off of and the rest was in Photoshop.
